Dr. Jesse Greer has devoted his career to understanding what is needed to create a healthier workplace. Dr. Greer holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in organizational psychology and a Master of Science in industrial/organizational psychology. With over a decade of experience in executive and academic roles, Jesse understands the complexities of the workplace both empirically and theoretically. Dr. Greer has researched trust, employee empowerment, and applying trauma-informed care principles to a work setting. Jesse has presented his research at professional conferences across the United States and has been published in several peer-reviewed journals. Jesse is a proud member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
