At Fourth Degree Consulting, we do not use cookie-cutter assessments. Instead, Dr. Greer has developed his own instrument to assess your workforce through a trauma-informed lens. This instrument has been used and tested in several research studies by Dr. Greer and has also been cited by other researchers as the instrument used in their studies. Our instrument is qualitatively driven rather than quantitatively. The information gathered by our instrument provides deeper, person-centered responses, rather than quantitative tools that rely on Likert-scale questions to produce a numeric score and, in the end, only tell us whether a relationship (or correlation) exists between a few variables. Analyzing qualitative information can be time-consuming, but the information it provides is much richer.
